Our organic beef refined with fresh herbs from “Grandma’s Organic Herb Garden” guarantees culinary experiences certain to delight body and soul. Look forward to our homemade pasta specialties such as ravioli stuffed with ricotta and salmon or perhaps mushroom and venison, along with Carinthian-style cheese or wild-garlic noodles, and so much more. Our culinary world extends from regional favorites to light cuisine and international specialties, leaving no wish unfulfilled.
