My husband and I are incredibly grateful to have found this kinderhotel. It’s not easy to feel at ease on a vacation with a small child. Our 2 year old son loves other children and the childcare providers, amazingly kind and thoughtful staff and other families here made this a fabulous week! While our boy burned off his energy with the children at childcare, my husband and I read, worked out, skied and got massages. Last but not least, the dinners and dessert are incredible.

Recently visited with our family of 5 (3 children aged 1-7yrs). This hotel is fantastic for families and children. The setting is absolutely stunning, views from the balcony of the mountains. The rooms were amazing (Apartment Prinze). Huge, spottlessly clean and with a modern yet traditional feel, with lots of wood.

We went there for dinner but there was no table available. Staff could organize a table that was next to the reception. It was not a lovely place to sit but there was no other option available at that time. Service was quite good as we were not forgotten :D. Food was really…

We stayed here for one week as a family of four (two adults + two boys aged 6 and 2). We've had the greatest experience! Everything went great during our stay: rooms, food, kidsclub, spa... just everything! And everyone was very welcoming and warm. There're lots of places to visit around, but if you prefer a quite weekly getaway - it's also a good choice.
We'll definitely come back!

Where should I begin. We did not expect much at the beginning but boy are we in for a nice surprise.
This hotel really gave the very best for their guests. The room has a nice size for all of us, with balcony facing the mountains. It is clean and nicely decorated. 
Our boys definitely had their fun in this kids oriented hotel and as you know.. happy kids happier parents 😁 this won't be our last trip here for sure.

We spent a lovely week at the hotel in October. The setting is beautiful, very close to the lake and surrounded by mountains. The hotel has everything for parents and children - soft play, children's activities, pools. We completely relaxed and our 3-year old had a wonderful time. Food was excellent and the hotel has everything you need for children - buggies, baby monitors, washing facilities. Would completely recommend and we will likely go back.
