Experience for yourself how cheese and other dairy products are created by hand. At the Tressdorfer Alm cheesery in Nassfeld you will learn the different steps of the process, and perhaps some of those little secrets that go into making cheese successfully. You will be able to peek over the experts’ shoulders as they go about their work.

Here, they produce by hand full-flavored Gailtaler Almkäse, Alm Camembert, sour-cream butter as well as yoghurt and milk drinks based on traditional recipes. And it all begins with fresh, nutritious milk from animals that graze right here on the summer alpine pastures.
